Pickup and Drop-off
No pickup and drop-off for the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Easter Sunday
Memorial Day
Fourth of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
Policies
Deposit, Cancellations, Changes:
50% (per dog) of estimated boarding total is due at booking. Payment is required at time of booking and valid credit card is required on file. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, the booking will be cancelled and become available to other families needing to board. Credits are not an option. Deposits are refundable if dates are changed or canceled TWO WEEKS (14 days) prior to scheduled drop off date. Cancellations must be written via email to thelodgeatcadronridge@gmail.com. Please confirm the boarding dates that need to be cancelled, and the name the account is under. Cancellations by phone call will not be accepted, and the boarding dates will not be cancelled or refunded.

Minimum Stay:
Two-night stay minimum required during holiday weeks.

No-shows:
No shows will be charged in full.

Early Checkout:
Deposit for remaining scheduled days will be non-refundable. Should you arrive back early from your trip, you can pick your pet up at your convenience. Please keep in mind that any changes to reservations are required two weeks before drop off. This includes early checkouts.
