When can I drop off and pick up my pet?Boarding pick-up and drop-offs are accepted Monday to Friday 7:00am-6:00 pm, Saturday from 8-10am and 3-5pm. Our lobby is closed for pickup and drop-off on Sundays. Checkout time for boarding is 11am, but late pickup can be arranged for a half-day of daycare fee ($15 per dog). All pick-up and drop-off times need to be scheduled upon booking. Much like a hotel, we schedule incoming guest availability based on outgoing guests. We also need time to thoroughly clean and prepare suites for incoming guests. Pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted outside of these hours.

What vaccinations does my dog need?We require up-to-date Rabies (1 or 3 year), Bordetella (every 6 months), and DHLPP. If Bordetella is nearing expiration, please ensure this is given 48 hours before arriving to The Lodge. Additionally, your dog must be on a flea, tick, & heartworm/intestinal parasite preventative. Puppies must be at least 16 weeks of age (must have had 3 rounds of vaccinations and a negative fecal test).

What do I need to bring for my dog?We provide each suite with raised bedding and food/water bowls, so all you need to bring for your pup is their food. To keep your pet on their same diet routine, we ask that you bag & label each serving separately or place in a sealed container (no open food bags). We recommend bringing your own food, however, we do have food in-house (Diamond Naturals Premium) for $5/bowl. Please bring any medication that your dog(s) are on, and we will administer them free of charge. Since each suite is equipped with raised comfort bedding, we do ask that you leave all beds at home. We have plenty of toys for your sweet baby to play with, so we ask that you leave toys at home. We sanitize toys daily and do not allow our visitors to play with rope toys of any sort as they are hazardous.
